Shipping Policy

Order Processing Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Carrier All orders are shipped exclusively through UPS. Available UPS services and delivery times are shown at checkout. Shipping rates are calculated based on package weight, dimensions, and destination.

Shipping Locations We currently ship within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Delivery Times Delivery estimates are provided by UPS and may vary based on location, weather, or carrier delays. Once a package has been handed to UPS, transit times are outside of our control.

Tracking Information A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. Please allow time for the tracking information to update.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur additional shipping charges.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your package is delayed or marked as delivered but not received, please contact UPS directly for assistance. We will help when possible, but UPS is the final authority on delivery status.

Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours of delivery at BlueCurrentOutfitters@gmail.com. Please include photos of the product and packaging so we can assist with a shipping‑related resolution.
