Blue Current Outfitters LLC – Limited Warranty Statement

Subject to the below limitations, Blue Current Outfitters LLC (BCO) warrants that its products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal non-commercial use for a period of one year from the date of original purchase. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary by state. By their purchase or use, the purchaser or user of the product agrees to the limited warranty statement’s terms and conditions.

Since this product is used in environments which subjects the powder coat to many elements that are hazardous such as road debris, saltwater or brackish water. The powder coat is not warranted, including but not limited to, any rust, pealing, or chipping.

Warranty Coverage:

During the warranty period, BCO will, in its sole discretion, replace any product found to be defective due to faulty materials or workmanship. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. The extent of BCO’s liability under this warranty is limited to the replacement provided above and, in no event, shall BCO’s liability exceed the purchase price paid by the purchaser for the product. No person or representative is authorized to assume any liability on behalf of BCO, other than the limited warranty herein the sale of this product.

Exclusions:

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by improper installation.
• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or accident.
• Normal wear and tear.
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs.
• Products used for commercial or rental purposes.
• Damage caused by accidents, collisions, road hazards and overloading

Safe Use and Maintenance Guidelines

• Inspect the part regularly for signs of wear, corrosion, or damage.
• Do not exceed the recommended load capacity of your trailer or tie-down system.
• Rinse with fresh water after exposure to saltwater and apply anti-corrosion treatments as needed.
• Replace any worn or damaged components immediately to prevent failure.
• Follow all manufacturer instructions and safety guidelines during installation and use.

Claim Process:

To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team at BlueCurrentOutfitters@gmail.com with proof of purchase and a description of the issue. Products must be returned to Blue Current Outfitters LLC for inspection before any warranty service is provided.

Limitations of Liability and Terms of Limited Warranty:

BCO and its agents, officers and employees shall not be liable for any incidental, direct, indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Except for the herein limited warranty, BCO makes no other warranties, express or implied as to the merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose of the product. All purchasers or users of the product consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of Indiana laws and the venue of the Tippecanoe County, Indiana state courts. All purchasers and users hereby waive the right to trial by jury and waive all defenses of lack of personal jurisdiction, improper venue, and forum non conveniens. The purchaser’s purchase or the user’s use of the product constitutes their agreement to these terms and conditions.
